Embassy Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach Central

My new role requires frequent visits to West Palm Beach, and as a visitor from the UK, I always look forward to the exceptional weather that Florida has to offer. When travelling, I prioritise accommodation that combines outstanding facilities with exceptional service, and I have found that the Embassy Suites by Hilton consistently delivers on both fronts. One of the standout features of this hotel is its complimentary shuttle service, which not only provides convenient transfers to and from the airport but also offers transportation to downtown West Palm Beach. This eliminates the need for a hire car and allows easy access to the area's excellent dining options. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the welcoming atmosphere of its bar. Guests can enjoy a complimentary two-drink policy during happy hour, but it is the impeccable service that makes the experience truly memorable. Jolie, who manages the bar, is a tremendous asset to the hotel. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm, personable approach significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I sincerely hope the hotel recognises what a gem they have in Jolie as a hotel ambassador. In the UK, this level of service would see her quickly recruited by the best in the hospitality industry and rewarded accordingly. My experience with Embassy Suites as a 15 year old. In July 2025, I traveled to West Palm Beach and arrived at this hotel to participate in my scholarship program. This hotel may be one of the best hotels I've ever went to. When you walk in, the place is REALLY spacious (15 floors I believe), it felt like I could go anywhere and STILL have more areas to explore. Every staff member that I've interacted with were really nice as well. Once I went to my room, (12th floor) I was greeted with a couch with 2 TV's (one in the bedroom) and a mini kitchen area with a microwave, sink, and a small fridge. The bathroom was pleasant too, it had a wide mirror with an aesthetic sink & counter, it was also provided with some showering essentials like soap & shampoo and towels! The only downside was that there wasn't any plungers, but you could always go to the main floor bathrooms. The bedroom had 2 beds which were cozy, and the day/night view from the window felt extremely breathtaking. I even took a picture and made it my background! I didn't eat any other meals of the day from the hotel, but their breakfast was amazing. It was a self-serve which they had pancakes/waffles/French toast, eggs, ham, and even fruits! You could also choose what drink you wanted by going to a drink dispenser. They had the usual like orange and apple juice, water, and coffee. The staff members were friendly as well, greeting everyone they interact and helping them if needed. Overall, this was a phenomenal experience and I would definitely visit this place again.

My family and I were visiting relatives in West Palm Beach and based on our experiences on prior stays at Embassy Suites, we decided to try this location. Let me just say I'm glad we did! Our streak of great stays at Embassy Suites continues. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the complimentary Happy Hour and breakfast were great additions to a wonderful stay. But the thing that I do appreciate the most is the incredible staff that made us feel so welcome from the moment we checked in, and even after we checked out. Emily at reception was so pleasant and courteous and always had a friendly smile. I got a chance to speak to her manager Ricky, and he was also very friendly and professional. As I mentioned, I was traveling with my family which included my two toddlers, and after we checked out and were loading up the car, I received a call from Emily. She wasn't at the front desk when we left but had prepared a small gift bag of goodies for the kids. Now she didn't have to do that, and even if she didn't, our stay would have been amazing, but this gesture just illustrates how thoughtful the staff at this Embassy Suites location is. We will stay here again in the future and I can whole heartedly recommend this hotel for your travel needs.

In town for business. Flew into the Palm Beach Airport and visited the Palm Beach Convention Center for a few days. Great hotel location for both the airport and the center. Convenient airport shuttle so we didn't need a car, used Uber each day to the Convention Center. Rooms were nice and clean daily, so was the hotel overall. Downside was the POOR amount of staffing daily, and I blame that on management. I wish their was a star rating for Management, that would get 1 Star. The staff in the bar and restaurant did as good as they could and they were overwhelmed mornings and evenings by the large amounts of people. You could easily tell the bar and wait staff were very frustrated as I'm sure some people weren't as patient as I was.

4 days/ 3 nights spent here was great! Front desk Madison checked us in without a hitch and with a smile at such late hour. Nightly happy hour with Jolie was met with happy personality, wonderful conversation and a multitude of enjoyable drinks. Jolie was attentive and served everyone with polite pleasure. Daniel was a natural as he assisted us with a billing issue, having patience and resolve with our departure. Staff was so close to perfect!

Stayed one night as a family. Spacious, clean suite and a great pool/hot tub. Evening reception with two drinks and the breakfast in the morning were both excellent. Free parking was a plus. Only downside was the very overpriced snack shop. Would stay again.

This hotel is great everyone was so friendly. Jolie is the sweetest bartender and really engages with all the customers. She is such a sweet person and very funny- she keeps your night going. What I did not approve of was the treatment from her manager, he was over bearing with the demands from his customers in the lower level dining hall while she was trying to maintain her bar. He stood over her for drinks to serves his guests, but didn’t lift a finger to help her at all. She was so kind I couldn’t imagine any treating her this way instead of team by with her. If you book this hotel visit Jolie! You will stay all night at her bar!

Recently me and my family stayed here for my Aunts homegoing . They accommodated our needs well. Making sure we had what we needed. Thank you for being professional and clean! Check-in was quick and easy. Complimentary Breakfast was a nice touch, having omelets (made to order) and fresh fruit alone with other items as well. Everything went smoothly. Thank you.
